Please find the job description below for the Sr Level Java Web Services
position. There is also the same description for the Mid level and Jr level
with less years. I am looking for all three levels of experience for this
skillset. If you have anyone available, please let me know. The project is
based in DC. If you have someone who cannot relocate there still send them,
just let me know and I will submit them as a remote-only candidate.
Senior Web Services Developer: Minimum of ten (10) years experience, serving
in a design/developer role, designing and developing high-availability,
high-reliability applications. Technical expertise in using Java, C, C++,
SOA. Technical expertise with WebSphere, WebMethods, and/or MQ
Series.Technical expertise in communications and interfaces such as TCP/IP
communications, SOAP, XML, ODBC, RPC, sockets, i-Way and
DB2-Connect.Technical expertise with databases including SQL syntax, SQL
Server. Experience with Solution Modeling/Design, Systems Analysis, Object
Oriented and Agile development approaches including Test Driven Development.
Hands-on experience working on a multiple, complex solutions, spanning many
functional areas. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and motivational
skills; ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at
all organizational levels.
