QA Performance analyst with proven experience in test creation, execution and analysis. Deep knowledge of, but not limited to: Performance Center, LoadRunner, Quick Test Pro (QTP), VB Scripting, Microsoft.NET and Data Analysis. . Works on assignments where significant judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations or decisions. Assignments require originality and ingenuity. . Independently leads projects to achieve project goals. . Influential on final decisions that have a direct and significant impact on quality control for a business unit or the Company. . Technical knowledge of testing in enterprise application environment. . Comprehensive knowledge of quality control protocols, methodology, and practices. . Advanced analytical and organizational skills and ability to deal with time constraints and changing priorities. . Establishes or approves changes to quality control procedures. . Leads and conducts reviews of testing documentation and provides guidance to others. . Creates test approach for quality control testing and determines what will be tested and ensures business requirements have been met. . Analyzes and documents problems and defects, identifies impact of defects on other applications and systems, reports and tracks status of resolution and escalates as necessary. . Interfaces with project management and internal clients to communicate testing status. . Communicates test strategy to offshore test team for execution and monitors progress. Requirements: . Required: Excellent hands on knowledge and work experience in HP/Mercury Quick Test Pro functional testing tool. . Required: Strong knowledge of applications development and advanced ability to develop test scripts. . Required: Comprehensive knowledge of quality control protocols, methodologies, and practices. . Required: Good application knowledge of Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server Databases. . Required: Hands-on Experience in large complex enterprise high performance web and batch processing is a must. . Required: Advanced analytical and organizational skills and ability to deal with time constraints and changing priorities. . Required: Proficient in office productivity software - e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, project management, etc. . Required: Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. . Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. . Required: Must be a team player and should independently manage tasks and coordination. . Preferred: Interaction with Off Shore development teams. . Required: Excellent written, verbal, and consultative skills (e.g., professionalism, collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, quick learner, etc.) . Required: Good knowledge of project management and strong knowledge of SDLC and methodology and processes. . Preferred: 3+ years experience working in an enterprise software-testing environment. . Preferred: 5+ years software quality control experience. . Preferred: 4-year college degree preferred in Math, Computer Science or related subject, or equivalent experience. . Optional: Knowledge of Captiva IPP, Custom Client Modules and Development. . Optional: Knowledge of Documentum Application deployment in a distributed enterprise level environment required. .
