Applies and tests enhancements, fixes and upgrades to applications. Demonstrates ability to discover, troubleshoot, and fix software problems. Responsible for problem triage and responding to helpdesk tickets. Monitors performance, stress and load tests. 6 - 8 years of experience. Job Description: · STAR2 Application Support Lead + Testing Coordinator · At least 8 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of application support experience · Strong problem-solving and coordination/communication skills · Business intelligence and data warehousing background required, with Informatica, Oracle, Unix, Business Objects experience. · Oversee day-to-day support for Bottler, MSA, SAP, EDW, and SIPS interfaces · Troubleshoot issues encountered with the STAR2 interfaces, work closely with frontline support to resolve issues and plan out specific tasks as applicable · Communicate and coordinate with EDW baseline team, Business Run Team, SIPS baseline team, Reporting Help Desk, and other teams/members as necessary · Support bottler-on-boarding and data validation requirements - data loads, conversions, clean-up as necessary · Prepare task lists and ensure alignment and execution, as necessary Issue escalation to manager · Understand and plan for maintenance and baseline releases · Oversee defect design and development · Execute cutover planning for STAR2 enhancements projects, as well as new data sources · Coordinate and manage testing activities for maintenance/break-fix releases, including test plan, test scenario, and test case creation + environment setup/refreshes etc. Manage performance testing as required · Manage emergency migrations · Collaborate with Enterprise teams on infrastructure maintenance and release planning activities · Provide backup for baseline manager, from a planning, execution, and communication perspective. *Skill Sets: * MS Project Oracle SQL *Desired:* BS Computer Science Business Objects WebLogic *Required Qualifications* Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing experience Senior level business partner interaction Technical architecture experience Extensive cross-team collaboration Testing coordination experience Thanks & Regards Steve James Talent Acquisition Specialist ASAP an Inc. 500 & WBENC Certified Company Norcross, GA 30092 Office: 678 919 9097 E-mail: [email protected] | Visit Us: http://www.myASAP.com "Knowing is not enough; we must apply.
