*Job Description*
This is a first or second or flex shift position providing support for the
Department's Data Center non-production environments. During your shift you
will be responding to monitoring alarms, phone calls and pages to provide
support and service restoral for non-production windows servers hosting
Wholesale Treasury Applications. The issues addressed will be across the
board hardware and OS. In addition you may be expected to carry out Change
Requests (, configuration changes etc.) on a scheduled basis.
*Minimum Qualifications*
*5-7 years technical background and 3-5 years Windows systems administration
experience directly related with MS Server 2000, 2003, 2008 server
platforms in an enterprise production environment*
*3 + years experience with 3 or more of the following:*
* Windows Server 2000*
* Windows Server 2003/2008*
* IIS*
* AD*
* SAML*
* scripting*
Two or more year's production support experience. Ability to coordinate
with multiple groups to resolve complex issues.
Understanding of multi tier, multiple platform environments, Windows System
administration experience
Good verbal and written communication skills with particular emphasis on
incident management
Preferred/desired Skills
SiteMinder
SSH
Performance analysis tools such as PerfMON
Remedy or similar trouble ticket tracking system
AutoSys, NDM, Net Backup
Windows Performance tuning
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware problems on Intel
Hardware
OPSWAR
Advanced windows System administration Skills
