****** Immediately Need A Consultant ****** JobTitle : Project Manager Location : Irving, TX Duration : 3+ Months CTH Rate : $50/Hour C2C Visa Status : EAD or GREEN CARD or US CITIZEN Job Description: Directs and monitors all activities for large, high risk, major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. Projects cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Plans and directs complex program schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and technology management, often at senior management levels. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency. May serve as a lead by providing direction to less experienced technical project management staff while serving in a project leadership role. Minimum Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years technical project mgmt experience. Liaise between Advisory Services product team, advisors, and various transition teams as needed to ensure alignment of HD Vest and WFA advisory program goals as well as alignment with overall integration goals. Project Management: Develop and maintain project plan for all activities associated with the H. D. Vest advisory program's migration from current state through integration including IT efforts oversight, product change impact itemization and issues tracking, client repapering process, and all other Advisory Services communication and training activities. Ensure dates align with implementation schedule. Ensure all changes that impact all audiences - Client Facing, Contact Centers and Operations are captured and included in training and/or communication plans. Change Management: Consult on best way to prepare impacted audiences for integration related changes and change in general. Assist Advisory Service team with design, development and delivery of integration messages. Coordinate with Advisory Marketing team to ensure all existing content and training materials for Advisory is updated for integration changes. Determine and implement means to identify readiness of impacted audiences for preparedness. Report on progress and findings. Know the audience - research needs of impacted audiences to ensure preparation plans are meaningful and possible with existing resource capabilities.
