Senior Project Manager, Re-Branding  (Consultant)

Job Summary 

                

To project manage and support worldwide profit centers and home office staff in 
the deployment of branding changes for AIG Travel in line with global 
rebranding efforts of AIG/ AIU Holdings.  Act as the key liaison between the 
profit centers and O&S teams to analyze business requirements, recommend, 
document and deliver required changes, at least cost. Provide necessary 
tracking of plans, progress and costs for all related efforts.  Provide a 
central point of contact and coordination for all AIG Travel Insurance branding 
efforts in the Travel home office.

 

Term     

3-6 Months, with possible extension based on business needs

 

Qualifications     

•             Extremely detail oriented 

•             Strong hands-on Project management experience 

(5-10+ years preferred) 

•             Strong communication skills, able to communicate with senior 
level leaders across the organization as needed 

•             Able to take specific direction and also work to recommend 
improvements to existing processes 

•             Branding-related execution experience preferred, but not 
required. 

•             Strong MS Project expertise 

 

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

    Assist regional teams in documenting and clarifying local business 
requirements for re-branding changes to AIG Travel Insurance applications and 
associated documentation. When necessary, compiling Business Requirement 
Documentation and managing the process thereafter.

 

    Make recommendations to improve or enhance processes or procedures. 
Streamline relationships between regional counterparts and home office 
personnel in the re-branding efforts.

 

 

    Develop action plans which will best support the regional deployment team, 
local and regional O&S teams and worldwide profit centers to minimize the 
impact of branding-related changes

 

    Liaise with O&S teams to evaluate any inter-systems dependencies and 
issues and ensure best practice that requires least additional development 
work. 

 

    Coordinate and proactively manage appropriate deployment schedules with 
internal and external parties. 

 

    Participate in the compilation and deployment of user testing scenarios 
for new and existing implementations; analyze and report results to ensure 
correct functionality is delivered. 

 

    Provide all necessary progress and cost tracking to various stakeholders
