Duration : 6+ Month Contract Rate : Open Duties: Responsible for maintaining, modifying and enhancing the client's MS Access based applications. Responsible for application development including: analysis, specifications, design, programming, testing, and documentation with excellent troubleshooting resolution skills. Code, test, and implement system requirements based on established project goals, and priorities. Coordinate the development programs or systems of moderate to large size. Manage the Access based applications and related interfaces. Create the necessary documentation to promote programs/reports to production systems. Collaborate with departmental administrators. Perform detailed system analysis and design functions, including the development of data flows, system development specifications and documentation. Provide leadership when addressing high level technical issues and questions with the functionality of the reporting and business intelligence applications. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area 5 years of Access and Visual Basic programming experience. Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL would be considered a plus.
