Title: ECMS (Change Management System) Duration: 6 Months Location: Columbus, OH The ECMS (Change Management System) is used by technology and business users to facilitate and manage change to the Bank's technology environment. This includes providing functions for creating requests (tasks, timelines, impacts and more), workflow for approval process, and execution. ECMS is a custom developed Lotus Notes application leveraging Domino for web based access. Specific responsibilities are related to a single implementation: Working with existing development team to understand the current design and implementation. Produce design artifacts by working with analysts and business to satisfy business and technical requirements. Deliver key functional enhancements in line with delivery timelines and expectations. Research and Fix defects found during component, integration, and end user testing cycles (Dev, IST, and UAT) Provide post implementation support to ensure a successful rollout and user acceptance. Provide support for current business.
