Position: Senior SAP SD Functional Lead Consultant 

 

Start Date: ASAP

Rate:  OPEN All Inclusive

Location: Exton, PA

Duration: 3 to 12 Months

 

 

Description: A Business Support Analyst will provide CLIENT with a
production support service for its enterprise wide business critical
systems. This position would focus on efficiently and effectively addressing
service (break-fix), enhancement and small project type requests stemming
from and relating to our global business systems.  This analyst should have
a solid background in SAP's SD (Sales & Distribution) module.

Key Responsibilities

Functional

.             Manage new service and enhancement tickets 

.             Manage the service and enhancement backlogs 

.             Work closely with the various functional groups within CLIENT
to achieve project success 

.             Act as a key escalation point for critical problems and
customer complaints 

.             Ensure accurate documentation of incidents are being recorded
using the HEAT Help Desk Management System (HDMS) 

.             Identify trends and help to reduce re-occurring incidents 

.             Monitor tickets for Service Level Adherence responding
appropriately 

.             Focus on SD related tickets to assist in all of the above
needed tasks 

.         In-depth knowledge of SAP's:

.         Order fulfillment process

.         Contract maintenance and performance

.         Pricing condition technique

.         Output maintenance and determination

.         Revenue recognition and flows of actual SD values for PA analysis

.         Variant Configuration

Communication

.             Build relationships with customers and strive to understand
their problems and needs 

.             Perform efficient proactive communication across functional
groups and throughout the IS organization 

.             Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization 

Additional Functions

.             Provision of 'out of hours' support 

.             Manage small project system enhancements 

.             IS project activity involvement 

.             Initiate and participate in pro-active support activities with
the aim of increasing customer satisfaction levels and reducing re-occurring
incidents
