Siebel: call center (2 openings)

 

Job Description:

* Utilize Siebel tools to configure, script, create interfaces, workflow,
etc., on a highly customized Siebel implementation.

* Responsible for Unit Testing work and ensuring that configuration meets
provided design.

 

* Responsible for design documentation based on our standard template.

* Responsible for development based on client's best practices.

Required Skills: 

* 5+ of development experience in Siebel 7.x/8.x, with Sales, Call Center,
e-service or helpdesk functionality.

* Strong analytical and creative problem solving and trouble shooting
skills; self-motivated, yet a team-player in a fast-paced and demanding
environment.

* Excellent communications (written and verbal), organizational and
interpersonal skills.

* Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
