Ability to resolve issues quickly and seamlessly on bridge calls. Job Role - As a tech lead the resource will have to onboard teams to services offered by AXP team. Use technical background to resolve issues. Work closely with the Onshore Service Delivery manager as a Tech interface / lead for the Amex team and the IBM team.
