You will have a direct impact on the design and development of the company's core products. You will understand business processes, design solutions, make decisions, and provide estimates of effort. Minimum Requirements: . 3+ years hands-on development experience in a commercial software development. . Experience required with Palm OS. . Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering. . Proficiency with Object-Oriented design methodology. . Experience in programming dynamic and advanced graphics mobile applications . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Self-managed proactive work style. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. . Desire to engage in extremely challenging assignments. .
