Location: State of Washington Duration: 2 years We need a *Lead Expert level application developer* (10 years of experience at least). 5 yrs of *Application Development Exp* and 5 yrs of *System Analysis experience* *We need a senior person who can do both systems analysis and application development* Systems Analysis (Senior Level) Candidates Required Technical Experience: Experience in technical decomposition of business requirements, and in development of use cases Experience in data analysis and modeling, including development of logical data models Experience developing test cases, testing. Experience developing and providing training and training manuals Experience documenting design change requests, and maintaining project scope boundaries Experience determining infrastructure requirements, and coordinating procurement of servers, etc Experience coordinating change in the technical environment Experience in estimating system development and implementation of efforts in a Microsoft Visual Studio environment Experience and ability to mentor, lead and direct business functions Experience managing development libraries, and ensuring reuse when appropriate Experience providing support to system verification and training efforts, including development of data to meet these needs Experience planning and managing system implementation efforts, including migration of applications between environments Experience and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual, and oral formats with project teams *Systems Analysis (Senior Level) Candidates Desirable Technical Experience:* Experience designing and using Microsoft SQL Server databases Experience with Team Foundation Server. Experience developing requirements using User-Centered Design concepts Experience in meeting all Agency business aspects in development of requirements, use cases Experience in testing Agency mobile laptop applications Experience working and developing business needs of Agency auditing systems *Technical Experience:* Application Development (Expert/Senior Level) Candidates Required Technical Experience: Experience developing application architecture, with a demonstrated ability to integrate diverse solutions in a cohesive, manageable format Experience developing auditing applications Experience with mobile laptop application development Experience deployment of mobile laptop applications Experience developing application architecture documents, and facilitating review and approval within the agency governance structure, following agency standards and guidelines Experience in estimating system development and implantation efforts in a Microsoft Visual Studio environment Experience in technical decomposition of business requirements, and in development of use cases Experience in data analysis and modeling, including development of logical data models Experience using enterprise messaging Experience developing and providing recommendations for solutions to technical challenges Experience coordinating change in the technical environment Experience leading a development effort using applications based on Microsoft Visual Studio.net. Ability to mentor, lead and direct technical analysts and programmers Experience providing quality assurance review of applications, and ensuring that they are developed in a manner consistent with the proposed application architecture Experience in developing templates for use by application developers Experience managing development libraries, and ensuring reuse when appropriate Experience planning and managing system implementation efforts, including migration of applications between environments Experience and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual, and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management *Application Development (Expert/Senior Level) Candidates Desirable Technical Experience:* Experience designing and using Microsoft SQ L Server databases Experience with Team Foundation Server.
