Description
The Technical Lead/Data Architect is responsible for data structures and
configurations for all Managed Mobility products. The Technical Lead
develops the data plan for customer information, builds forms for data
collection, insures data integrity, and insures data security of all
customer information in all pertinent systems. This position bridges
implementation and ongoing operations functions.
Primary responsibilities include:
. Build and manage the Managed Mobility data structures for all utilized
systems
. Define, produce, and keep current/accurate structured forms for customer
data collection
. Provide second level support to implementation and ongoing operations
teams
. Resolve data structure issues for the implementation and ongoing operation
teams
. Audit customer data for accuracy in all systems
. Coordinate with platform management support team to ensure security and
protection of systems
. Support sales teams as the subject matter expert (SME) for required data
and product functionality support during bid/proposal
. Responsible for defining user acceptance test definition and execution for
all IT or third party
application/system development
. Provide point of escalation to third parties and support teams for issue
resolution
Secondary responsibilities* include:
. Train implementation resources on methods of data collection and
implementation into
appropriate systems
. Assist implementation team as required
. Assists product management/development with definition of new
functionality required for
Managed Mobility applications/systems
* Note: These responsibilities may be delegated to another team member as
the number of
customers and support team members grows.
SKILLS
Skills, experience, and education required:
. Self starter, requires minimal supervision
. 5 years data architecture experience in a finance, IT or
telecommunications environment required
. Financial and/or HR systems migration management skills required
. Deep and broad analytical skills
. Detail oriented
. Excellent customer relations building skills
. Deep and broad understanding of databases, data structures, and platforms
. Bachelor's degree in IT Required
. MCTS (MS SQL certification) required
