Please do let me know if any consultant is available for the following Position: ERP Consultant Location: Dallas, Texas Duration: 12-18 months Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience is needed. Sr. Business Systems Consultant - Human Resources Description General Overview The Senior Business Systems Consultant will maintain multiple HR platforms including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft, SAP, Taleo, Success Factors, and Lawson. This candidate will function as a leader in terms of looking at the HR business and then applying systems to automate or support those HR business functions. They will also be responsible for leading the rollout of new systems and/or functionality. In addition, this candidate will address escalated HR user application support issues, drive system utilization, perform system testing, and complete system documentation. Responsibilities: . Develop and implement Human Resource strategies, service delivery methods, and support organization models that support business objectives. . Translate business requirements into technology solutions. Includes fit-gap analysis & application of best practices to create reusable, configurable, & high performing application designs . Analyze user needs and determine feasibility and implementation schedule within time and cost constraints . Consult with Functional Team Members in defining the business requirements, determining scope, & identifying technology alternatives & limitations for system enhancements & change requests. . Develop and direct software system testing procedures and documentation . Analyze end to end Payroll and HRIS processes and recommend enhancements . Provide, when appropriate, project management direction on engagements, assuring the project is on time and with in scope and budget. . Proactive monitoring and managements of the HRIS applications to identify issues, trends, and potential problem areas. . Work with appropriate support providers to analyze root cause and provide permanent fixes or workaround. . Work with various software vendors to review upcoming releases and understand client impact. . Must keep current on user interface standards, emerging trends, and new programming techniques and environments . Conduct HRMS and HR outsourcing evaluation and selection projects. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate must have knowledge and experience with any of the following: . HRMS Technologies and ERP implementation (functional and/or technical) . HR Processes Design and implementation . HR functional areas such as HR administration, payroll, benefits administration, staffing, training, compensation administration, etc. Requirements . Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred . Must have 7-10 years experience in similar role . Experience with HRMS technologies and ERP implementation . Experience with PeopleSoft . Ability to drive the software development cycle . Experience with SAP, Taleo, Lawson, and Success Factors preferred ____________________________________ Feel free to call if any......
