Position : Websphere Process Server Technical Lead Location : Chicago , IL
Duration : 6 months + Rate : Open Description Technical expert needed for WPS work related to the Enterprise Eligibility Systems project -- Architecture, design, development and implementation of WebSphere Process Server based enterprise mission critical project -- Coaching developers and promoting best practices on modeling/developing business processes in WebSphere Integration Developer -- Discovery/ assessment activities and, mapping key business requirements to process design activities. -- Ensure process design to satisfy improved business performance and innovation by addressing constantly changing business needs. Ensuring that proposed technology encompass the end-to-end process which helps business leaders see the value of their functional contributions to the broader performance objectives for an enterprise process. -- Promoting the technological enablement of Business Process Management (BPM). -- Understanding the business implication of process-centric IT in striving to achieve process excellence Hands-on experience with WebSphere Integration Developer and WebSphere Process Server (Implementing Process server in other large companies) Must have developed/architected WebServices and deep knowledge on WebService standards, such as WSDL, SOAP, JSR-WS Demonstrating a deep understanding of process architectures, SOA concepts Experience in re-engineering existing IT applications into Integration/ SOA services. Full development lifecycle experience from architecture through deployment. Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience Broad architectural experience, across OS (Windows, UNIX), Database (DB2), application server (J2EE, WebSphere Application Server) and other technologies (WebSphere MQ, JMS, Struts, JSF, etc.) Comprehension of how human-based and system-based processes impact cross-functional interactions, business events and integrations __________________________________________________________________________ Thanks & Regards, Kiran Raj | Cigniti Inc.
