TITLE:NETWORK ENGINEER DURATION:6 Months
JOB LOCATION:NJ our customer is migrating a portion of its infrastructure from Cisco to Juniper so we need someone with both Cisco AND Juniper experience. They need personnel that are highly skilled on Juniper that can work w/o higher level supervision b/c customer has zero Juniper intelligence in house today. REQUIRED " 3 to 5 years experience " Have a depth and breadth of knowledge in all supported technical core competencies as specified below " High level understanding/trouble shooting ability on the Juniper line of products. Specifically, the MX960, MX240, Jseries and EX models " Experience in REMOTELY troubleshooting/resolving issues with configuring " Experience and ability to log into all devices, ensure connectivity, alter any configs as necessary " MPLS and Ethernet technologies " Knowledge of various routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF " Experience with "route reflectors, "LSA's, & IGP snooping".
