PARMA exp is big plus Position Description: . Lead and participate in meetings for requirement gathering, design discussions are reviews. . Requirements documentation . Solution alternatives analysis and documentation. . Align solutions with enterprise strategies. . Develop use cases . Logical design across systems and middleware . Physical design of SOA middleware components and PL/SQL database layer components . Design support during development, test, deployment and production support phases of the lifecycle. . Root cause analysis. . Proactive identification of opportunities and solutions . Participate in code reviews in Java and PL/SQL. . Review unit test cases . Participate in test and environment planning. . Build and write services, ability to train others to build and write services. Technical Skills . SQL, PL/SQL, Java (SOAP, JMS or EJB), XML and web services experience are required. . Written and verbal skills an absolute must. . Pluses, experience in: . 10years IT . Health care applications .
