- They like applicants who have worked in both structured and unstructured environments. (They are moving from an unstructured to a more structured environment). So they like applicants who have exp in things like: RUP, UML, use cases, gap analysis, “As-is” and “To-be” analysis, process flow diagrams, risk analysis, etc - They like to see contract lengths of 1 year or longer. They don’t like to see a lot of 3 to 6 month long contracts. - Must have very, very strong communication skills.
