*Job Title: Project Coordinator/Asset Management Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ months*
*Rate: 38/Hr (Max).

*Description:*

   - Take a strong support role in collecting, documenting, and analyzing
   data
   - Understand equipment life-cycles and the associated financial and
   contractual information
   - Provide help to fellow team members and help to build a supportive,
   proactive and responsible work environment
   - Perform gap analysis on existing processes and develop solutions as
   necessary
   - Maintain effective communication with management and perform special
   projects as required or requested
   - Identify and execute smaller steps necessary to accomplish larger goal.

   - Adapt easily to have conversations with people of different
   occupations, including technology, legal and financial.
   - Quickly grasp broad understanding of the larger affect on corporation
   and keep that goal in mind while interacting with specific areas and
   performing smaller tasks.
   - Communicate fluently and convincingly, both in meetings and
   discussions, as well as through major reports and presentations, using
   appropriate tools and techniques.
   - Be proactive, taking action and anticipating opportunities.
   - Display adaptability and flexibility to deal with the non-routine or
   unexpected situations.
   - Retain objectivity and proper understanding of a problem or situation
   when placed under conditions of stress.

*Job Requirements*:

   - Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience in a process consulting or
   software implementation role OR 8 years experience in a process consulting
   or software implementation role
   - Ability to interact successfully with all levels of customers
   - Anticipate and manage unexpected or non-routine situations
   - Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
   - Understand both business and technology needs involving equipment
   life-cycle and reporting needs.
   - Demonstrate a basic understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure
   and networking, as well as a familiarity with the associated financial and
   contractual information
   - Have previous exposure to implementation of software solutions,
   preferably involving relational databases addressing inventory and
   accounting needs.
   - Ability to stay motivated and perform work independently.
   - Negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
   - Time management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
   - Root cause analysis (RCA) skills; problem solving skills.
   - PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
