Initial Length of Contract: 6 months
Location: Baltimore, MD Job Description: Will work in a team environment as a Senior Business Analyst. Initial length of contract is 6 months, but the contract is expected to be long-term and open-ended. - Analyze & define existing business processes and interdependencies - Document existing & new processes through workflow and data flow diagrams. - Work with the business & IT departments to translate business needs into functional requirements - Develop and maintain a strong customer relations - Identify, document any issues and options for issue resolution - Understand & explain basic design components & methodology - Recommend modifications to business processes based on design considerations - Develop conceptual design based on business requirements - Identify potential scope changes & manage change control process - Work with design personnel to ensure requirements are communicated and understood - Maintain coordination among different groups (Business Users, Security, Architecture, Development, QA, etc).
