*Role Description:* ** Oracle DBA - Provide development and production database administration services for a variety of mission-critical applications to ensure proper solutions to enable our organization to operate and expand. *Required: * Ø *Desired Experience:* Oracle Security Compliance knowledge and/or working experience Ø 2+ years experience as an Oracle 10g DBA supporting Oracle databases in high availability UNIX environments Ø Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning of Oracle 10g Ø Experience using and deploying oracle RDBMS software, data management tools and utilities on UNIX environments Ø Working knowledge of Sun Solaris and/or IBM AIX OS platforms Ø Demonstrated DBMS diagnostic skills in areas of tuning (SQL and Instance) Ø Ability to interpret AWR/ADDM oracle reports Ø Experience with RMAN, Legato, VCS is desired Ø Ability to handle multiple DBA projects and tasks on a given day/week Ø Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
