Manage and monitor multiple projects by establishing clearly defined project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters. Develop communication methods for the discussion of analyses and recommendations with management. Assist management with the implementation of solutions for identified problems/issues. Act as a liaison between the Business Intelligence Center and assigned clients. Create data repositories for common definitions and reporting. Identify and resolve challenges to fulfill key corporate objectives and respond to change management demands. Provide expertise and guidance of health care data to unit and corporate staff as required. Participate in group/committee discussions and attend client meetings. Participate in ongoing data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
