Work related skills: · PeopleSoft v8.8 Human Capital Management application environment: - PeopleSoft HCM modules - PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal; · Experience in a Oracle environment using SQL/PLSQL; · Experience in a UNIX environment including script writing; · Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 process flow for HCM; · Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 database; · Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation · Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP very helpful.
