Response Time: Immediate Requirement: Title: Hyperion Essbase Consultant ((Locals/Nearbys Only)) Position: 2 Duration: 183 days Location: Harvard, MA Interview: Immediate Description: - Attend design sessions, advise on best practices for maintaining and upgrading a Hyperion Planning System 9 infrastructure to ver11. - Trains technical staff on Essbase and infrastructure configuration. . Provide status on technical deliverables to Database Administrators and Release Manager. - Provide expertise on tuning and configuring application and databases (Essbase and Oracle). - Provide expertise on installing and configuring Hyperion Planning System 9 and 11 on both the web/application servers and the database servers. - Provide expertise and knowledge transfer on proper maintenance procedures related to backup, restore, refresh, cloning, patching, upgrading, etc. Key Competencies: - Demonstrated experience in designing and tuning optimal Essbase configurations in Hyperion System 9 and 11 Planning, especially on primarily Solaris/Unix architecture. - Excellent written & oral communication skills Thanks & Regards Acer Mc Entellects Corp.
