The model will be used to help drive decisions about future features and various upgrades. Job Description: The contractor will be involved in all aspects of the model. He will participate with the selection of an external product (such as Opnet or Csim) for the basis of a modeling system. He will participate on defining the architecture of the model, and make decisions on how to simplify detailed network protocols and algorithms to fit into the model.
