Bachelors Degree, 3 years SAP Application Management Service Delivery, with at least two full life cycle implementation. Minimum 5 years experience supporting SAP EDI MM, and PP modules. Experience with EDI 816, 824, 830, 850, 855, 856, 860,862,866. Excellent customer service skills required. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for overall Application Management Support of SAP R/3 4.7 with IS-Auto DIMP 4.0. Directly responsible for onsite support of EDI, Materials Management, and Production Planning. Monitor and support transaction mapping documents, MES Interfaces, inbound and outbound EDI Transactions and set up of Trading Partners. Responsible for business process analysis and design, module system design and configuration as well as designing integration test plans and cut-over strategies. In addition a qualified candidate will be responsible for coordination of service events between Offshore support team in Argentina and local client users.
