Creation and Review of Designs for interfaces and automation of the IMS. . Understanding of Legacy business processes and functionality around inventory management and provisioning and contributing to transform the same into a next generation Cramer environment. . Integration transformation from tightly coupled (Vitria, DB links, etc.) to loosely coupled applications via IBM websphere. . Interactions with geographically diverse team composed of TCL, Amdocs , TCS and other consultants and contributor to deliver accurate and high quality designs . Review and contribution to test plans as well as the validation and testing of delivered software applications Qualifications Track record of applying current technical architecture concepts (Architecture Design Patterns, SOA, ESB, J2EE, OSS/J, etc.) is required. 7+ years of experience in Engineering and Information Technology is required. Telecom experience is mandatory. Experience with the entire software development lifecycle is required. Software Development Background (JMS, J2EE, Web Services, CORBA, C++, Oracle Databases, Oracle Forms, etc.). History of developing and system integration of cross-functional systems is highly desired. Hands-on experience with IBM Websphere, BEA Weblogic, Vitria, Tibco and/or other integration technologies is a plus. The ability to understand complex network technologies and concepts (SDH/SONET, VOIP, VPN, E-LAN, WiMax, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with TMF OSS/BSS Standards and ITIL Standards. Bachelor Degree in a related engineering or information technology discipline is required, Master's Degree preferred. Excellent communications skills (Verbal, Documentation, and Presentation) are a must.
