Process Engineer/Process Analyst Duration: 1 yr. Can work from any of these locations - Richmond , VA/ McLean/Bethesda/ Dallas, TX/ New Orleans, LA/ Melville, NY Job Description: This position will be part of an Integration Workstream and will be responsible for redesigning processes that are impacted by conversion efforts. The person who fulfills this role be required to work with the Workstream process lead, business customers and other integration teams to meet all process objectives including eliciting and recording customer requirements, identifying process gaps, redesigning & documenting processes and implementing appropriate controls. To achieve the above objectives, this person may need to run meetings and facilitate group work sessions. In addition, this person would be responsible for presenting process findings and recommendations to project teams, business customers and Workstream leadership, as needed. Depending on business needs, travel up to 20% may be required. Positions may be based out New Orleans, Dallas, Richmond, DC or Melville, NY. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of well rounded experience in business process redesign//improvement. Experience with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies Six Sigma Green Belt required (Very strong equivalent experience may be considered) 3+ years of process redesign/improvement experience in Banking and/or Financial Services working on cross functional projects Prior success in leading process redesign efforts on large programs Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Highly organized/detail-oriented Ability to function/collaborate efficiently with a team that is geographically dispersed Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels Preferred Qualifications: Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or a quantitative field Explore the Possibilities!
