We've a Contract position with our client who's looking for a EBS Solution Lead. The EBS Solution Lead manages the technical aspects of Information Technology projects with the primary goal of delivering business solutions that meet the business requirements, on-time, within budget, within the defined scope and adheres to corporate technical architectural standards and best practices. Provides technical leadership to the project team during analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, performance and tuning, implementation and maintenance of new software or enhancements to existing software products. Oracle e-Business Suite - Technical Design and Implementation using Oracle EBS - Extension development using EBS OAF - Performance Tuning - Integration of EBS to other Oracle or non Oracle applications Job Requirements * A four year degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. * 2-4+ years of leading the technical aspects of multiple IT projects ranging in varying degrees of complexity. ERP project experience preferred. * Has knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for developing and implementing software projects and programs. * Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. * Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities. * Ability to coach, mentor, train and lead personnel within a technical team. Minimum of five years experience in the following areas: (a) Experience with EBS Solutions and understanding of EBS Tech Stack including PLSQL, Workflows, OAF and Forms Extensions etc (b) Experience with multiple EBS modules, the more the better. (c) SOA Experience.
