Senior Web Development Consultant / Sun Identity Manager Job Description: * Responsible for Java/J2EE application development supporting business objectives to build Sun Identity Management Resource Connectors for end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and system. * Analyzes designs and builds component-based applications in a Web/internet delivery environment, including introduction of an application layer, modeling techniques, component and object-oriented design, and systematic approaches to application integration. * Works on new applications along with enhancements to web sites, web applications, and infrastructure. Performs hands-on coding. Required Experience: * Strong, hands-on, working knowledge of Sun Identity Manager, * Design, develop, and implement Identity Management Connectors(preferred) or adapters for Sun Identity Manager and provide architecture, design and implementation expertise of Sun Identity Management products is a must. * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development/Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline is required. * Five or more years of Java experience in completing managing application design, software development, maintenance and delivery with at least 3 years with application servers; e.g. Oracle 10g/11i Application Server; J2EE Application Server; IBM Websphere. * Minimum of 5 years technical work experience in a team environment as a software engineer. * Strong experience with Web architecture and Web design and development tools and languages, e.g. JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets, Javabeans/EJBs, JavaScript, SOAP, XML/XSLT, HTML, Struts, ANT, CVS, Spring, Ajax , Subversion, Spring * Strong relational database experience (DB2, Sybase, SQL, Oracle 8i/9i/10g/11i). Strong background working in distributed Unix environments. * Experience designing N-tiered applications, with multi-tier architecture and production Internet architectures. * Strong experience developing and implementing highly complex technical solutions in a J2EE web environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Rapid applications development or extreme programming experience. * Web Services experience, required operating systems (Windows, Solaris). * Highly desirable: PKI experience * Tivoli Access Manager * LDAP * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with big 4 databases, application development involving T-SQL, stored procedures and user-defined function.
