This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the data imports and reporting needs of a Performance Management application. The position involves working closely with Business Owners, Data Owners and IT leads to both develop and support data needs of the Performance Management Tool. *Essential Job Functions:* • Design and develop data import and reporting systems in ASP.Net • Design and develop SSIS packages to process incoming data into application. • Analyze data and reporting requests and issues to determine root cause and fixes • Perform data testing • Assist in requirements development for data enhancements • Manage and maintain data requirements and design documentation • Work with business users to define metrics and perform analysis on data used to monitor and analyze operational efficiencies • Ability to work closely with (internal) customers to understand their needs and issues and to explore opportunities for data improvements • Build strong relationships within IT and other support organizations • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and triage data requirements and issues * Job Requirements:* • In-depth experience with SQL Server 2005 Integration Services • In-depth experience developing ASP.Net applications in C#. • Expertise with Microsoft's .Net Framework and Visual Studio. • Excellent numerical and analytic skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to multi-task and be adaptive in a fast-paced environment • High energy, strong team player • Excellent interfacing skills in front of customers and team leads *Preferred Qualifications:* • Minimum of a BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree • Minimum of 5 years experience working with .Net Framework, ASP.Net, and SQL Server.
