Please see Must Haves below. *Scope of Work* Activities and services for this engagement include, but are not limited to, the following: • Plan the upgrade process; develop related schedule and task lists; develop test plans and scenarios; • Install the upgrade in the development environment; • Make necessary configuration changes; • Make necessary changes to connectors to other applications supported by OIM; • Migrate upgrades to the test environment; • Coordinate testing activities • Migrate tested upgrades to the production environment; • Provide post implementation support; • Mentor and transfer knowledge to District staff. • Provide weekly progress reports to District ITD management. *Qualifications:* *Senior Administrator:* ? BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems ? Minimum of five (5) years experience in application or systems administration ? Minimum of two (2) years experience in the administration, installation, and/or upgrade of the Oracle Identity Management (OIM) system ? Experience in upgrading Oracle Identity Management from version 9.1.0.1 to 9.1.0.2 is highly desirable ? Experience in customizing OIM connectors is highly desirable ? Knowledge of connecting OIM to various applications, especially SAP and Remedy, are highly desirable Introduction/Background The South Florida Water Management District (District) recently installed the Oracle Identity Management (OIM) product version 9.1.0.1 in production. This version does not support future dated transactions for changes such as name changes and organizational membership changes. Changing business needs have made the use of future dated transactions in OIM critical. To accommodate this need, the next release of OIM, version 9.1.0.2 that provides support for this functionality, needs to be installed. This project was initiated to upgrade OIM to version 9.1.0.2. The scope of this project includes the implementation of version 9.1.0.2, making any required modifications to OIM configuration and the connectors to various applications, and knowledge transfer to District staff to enable District staff to undertake any future upgrade activities. B. * Objectives* The objective of this SOW is to obtain the services of a Senior Systems Administrator for a period of six weeks to accomplish the upgrade and related tasks. The contractor must have experience in installing upgrades to Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). The contractor shall install the vendor’s upgrade package, modify configurations and connectors to other applications as needed, test the installation, migrate it to the production environment, and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to District staff.
