Locations for positions: Chattanooga, Tennessee and Knoxville ,Tennessee Duration: These positions could be from three months up to 1+ years Pay rate: must be all-inclusive, best/lowest rates will get first consideration Oracle Utilities Developer Responsibilities . Provide technical support, including but not limited to troubleshooting issues, performing analysis, developing solutions, performing tests, and completing documentation for the Oracle Utilities Suite (formerly Lodestar) modules: o Billing Component (Formerly Billing Expert) o Quotations Management (Formerly Pricing Expert) o Data Manager . Supporting upgrade to the most recent version of the Oracle Utilities Suite . Supporting implementation of the Web Panel within the Oracle Utilities software . Support the implementation of new rates and power product implementations within Oracle Utilities including but not limited to: o Analysis of current product implementation setup o Development of strategy to support new product offerings o Coding Rules Language within appropriate tool to support new products o Properly Unit Testing developed program code o Properly documenting proposed/implemented solution Skills Needed . 5-7 Years providing technical support for the following: o Billing Component (Formerly Billing Expert) o Quotations Management (Formerly Pricing Expert) o Data Manager . 5-7 Years writing Rules Language . Prior experience leading an upgrade of the Oracle Utilities software including the implementation of the Web Panel . Experience modeling and developing new power products within the Oracle Utilities Suite . Experience supporting the totalization and classification of metered data Desired Skills . Experience or exposure to an interface with a metered data collections system, such as Itron's MV-90 .
