Provide direction and support of less experienced software development staff to increase their skills and abilities. - Collaborate with Business/Application Analysts to convert business goals into technical designs that can be coded and deployed within our Java applications. - Work with Data Analysts and Data Base Administrators to modify our logical data models to meet the goals of our applications. - Contribute to the development and deployment of standards within our application development “pattern” and our application development processes. Demonstrate initiative in identifying and resolving problems. - Work with others to balance conflicting requirements in a collaborative and team oriented manner. Other duties as assigned. *Qualification:* - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required or equivalent technical training and experience.
