Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Detroit, MI (Local Only) Duration: 12 months Responsibilities: * Researches benefit information using a variety of electronic sources. * Conducts analysis to identify and resolve issues related to member benefit package information. * Captures consistently structured benefit package information, including rules regarding subscriber liability and covered services and associated limitations and maximums, in summary form and also down to the code level of detail using custom applications * Conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure that the documentation is accurate and consistent. * Conducts user acceptance testing of web applications used to present benefit information to users.
