Senior Enterprise Management engineer with expertise and experience administering and configuring the HP BAC and HP Sitescope toolsets. Experience with other industry standard monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Center 2007, EMC Smarts InCharge, Unicenter R11 and Unicenter eHealth is a plus+. Analyzes functional and monitoring requirements and provides supports on all requests through completion. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to provide the required monitoring requests. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-lever documentation. Experience in designing, developing, and testing applications in multiple system environments. Combines multiple technologies to provide alternative physical solutions. Performs analysis of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design solutions for the application environment.
