Project Manager
Job Duties:
The primary role of the candidate will be: Position will collaborate with
the LSI - Procure-to-Pay project team members to explore, document,
prioritize and resolve the issues discovered through project life cycle for
Live Site Improvements to the SAP landscape that affect Accounts Payable,
Procurement and Banking\Treasury. Position will also collaborate with
Project Manager to explore, document, prioritize and resolve the issues
discovered through incident reporting.
Responsibilities:
. Lead team in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing
tasks of the project to produce the required deliverables
. Provide application development expertise in the area of SAP AP,
Procurement and Banking\Treasury
. Provide Status to upper management & client in bi-weekly client meeting
. Create and Track Project timeline and provide solutions to avoid delays to
timeline.
. Escalate appropriate issues to Management Specific Deliverables:
. Deliverables to produce or assist with as follows: (may or may not include
the following depending on scope of project):
. Manage Procure-to-Pay project team in meeting deliverable timelines and
specifications
. Update status of deliverables and milestones through the active project
phases
. Document issues and resolutions with timelines and communicate to
management
. Provide deliverable status updates
. Partner with Project Manager and client to understand the details of
project scope, and ensure project meets expectations
