Job Title: WID Developer (lead/senior developer) Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 2 + months Job Description: WID Developer (lead/senior developer): * Hands-on experience with WebSphere Integration Developer and WebSphere Process Server (Implementing Process server in other large companies) * Must have developed/architected Web Services and deep knowledge on Web Service standards, such as WSDL, SOAP, JSR-WS * Provide leadership and understanding of process architectures, SOA concepts * Experience in re-engineering existing IT applications into Integration/ SOA services. * Full development lifecycle experience from architecture through deployment. * Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience * Broad architectural experience, across OS (Windows, UNIX), Database (DB2), application server (J2EE, WebSphere Application Server) and other technologies (WebSphere MQ, JMS, Struts, JSF, etc.) * Coaching fellow developers and promoting best practices on modeling/developing business processes in WebSphere Integration Developer * Discovery/ assessment activities and, mapping key business requirements to process design activities. * Ensure process design to satisfy improved business performance and innovation by addressing constantly changing business needs. Ensuring that proposed technology encompass the end-to-end process which helps business leaders see the value of their functional contributions to the broader performance objectives for an enterprise process. * Promoting the technological enablement of Business Process Management (BPM). * Comprehension of how human-based and system-based processes impact cross-functional interactions, business events and integrations * Capable of communicating and presenting the technical concepts to a non-technical implementation team Qualifications Needed: . 10+ years experience . Websphere ESB, also known as WESB (at least 1 year experience, prefer 2 years) .
