Please see these revisions to the skills list: *REQUIRED SKILLS* 1. Tester - demonstrated experience working with use cases and design specifications based on functional requirements for web-based custom applications. Demonstrated experience and proficiency writing and executing system test cases/scenarios derived from use case documentation for web-based custom applications. Excellent communication and technical documentation skills necessary. 2. Mercury Quality Center/Test Director - Knowledge on the development and execution of test cases using Mercury Quality Center or Test Director. This includes manual and automated execution. Knowledge of integration (synchronization) between Quality Center and Rational ClearQuest and Reqpro a plus. 3. Rational Clearquest - Working knowledge of the tool. 4. Rational ReqPro - Working Knowledge of the tool. Other Skills (Nice to have): 5. Mercury QuickTestPro - Hands on experience with the tool, including development and execution of scripts. Experience with integration with Mercury Quality Center a plus 6. Mercury LoadRunner - Hands on experience with the tool, including development and execution of scripts.
