Product Manager will be on a team responsible for building and growing a “best-in-class” Community for current and future customers. *Duties & Responsibilities: * • Manage projects throughout the Product Development Life Cycle, from product conception to end of life • Research customers, prospects, potential vendors, and competitive environment to identify primary product demands, needs, and opportunities • Write detailed business and functional requirements for new products as well as enhancements, modifications, and/or re-writes to existing products • Work closely with technology to ensure products are implemented according to specifications • Manage enhancement and defect lists and coordinate rollout schedules • Determine integration & communication points with existing E*TRADE products, marketing, service, and support groups • Generate regular metrics reports and analyses to measure the effectiveness and competitiveness of products Great career building opportunity! *Qualifications: * • BA/BS in business, finance, management, or related field. MBA a plus. • 2-3 years minimum financial services experience • 2-3 years minimum of web-based product development experience • Customer-focused; prior customer service experience a plus • Hands-on/ team-player attitude toward tackling tactical as well as strategic work. Proven teamwork skills to help deliver on-time product and project results. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Extremely well-organized and able to multi-task • Detail-oriented • Solid understanding about business premise/model for retail brokerage. Candidates should be able to fully articulate the business purpose and the key metric measures of the brokerage & financial services industry.
