You should have extensive experience mapping Rational features to typical Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. You MUST have leadership experience and the drive to ensure industry standards are met. MANDATORY SKILLS: 1. Minimum 8years experience performing Business analysis, performing duties such as requirements elicitation and documentation, process and data modeling, creating and executing test plans and functional specifications. . 2. Minimum 8years experience in designing and documenting Enterprise Rational Unified Change Management Processes. 3. Minimum 8 years experience managing Application System Development projects which use a formal System Development Life Cycle with specific tasks and distinct deliverables. 4. Minimum 8 year experience using IBM's Rational tool-set. 5. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to analyze complex problems or systems, interpret operational needs and develop creative solutions within a team environment. DESIRABLE SKILLS: Formal Training with the Rational tool-set (certification is highly desirable). P roject management experience. Degree in IT/Computer Science or have managed at least one IT type project of at least 6 month duration Previous experience strategizing best approach to implement new software products while minimizing impact to business area operations.
