Location: NY Duration: 3 months Rate: 45/hr on C2C *Description: * Individual will be responsible for the testing of reporting accuracy on Client statements and Trade confirmations for a statement/confirms rewrite project. Individual is required to plan and perform test execution as well as interact with project management and application development to fulfill all the requirments and meet deadlines. *Responsibilities: * *Responsible for validation of Statements and Confirms *Comparison of statements and confirms between two environments to validate anomalies. *Peform back-end testing using SQL queries *Peform software tesitng in support of schedule objectives *Create and execute test plan and test cases to meet with business requirements for the project. *Peform regression test planning and execution. *Track issues and work with application development team and project management team to resolve. *Create and provide daily status report to the project managemnet team. *Required Skills: **Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, and Alternative Investments. *Previous experience of client reporting applications. *Previous experience of working with Document Comparison (e.g. XTest, HPExtreme etc.) is a big plus *Strong knowledge in formulation and execution of SQL Queries. *Previous experience of detailed Manual Functional testing and Structured Methodology. *Strong Analytical and document reviewing experience. *Experience in working with HP Quality Center, QuickTest Professional, JIRA Academic Qualifications. B.S in Computer Scence or Engineering Strong Language Skills (Verbal and Written).
