Position: *Performance Tester*** * H1b’s OK!* Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 9-12 months –healthy long duration contract * * *These people have to be TRUE Performance Testers……………* * * *Performance Tester* is assigned to ensure the performance and readiness of the product developed by the Programming Software Engineer. The Performance Tester is responsible for performance & automation testing implementation by performance testing tools, leading processes E2E from the planning, design, development into execution, work very close with the customer. The performance testing process is ongoing communication with other teams related to the task. The Performance Tester must have broad knowledge in performance testing methodology & tools, understand architecture and technology. Major Function ¡V Performance testing implementation by performance testing tools, leading processes E2E from the planning, design, development into execution, work closely with the customer. *Major Duties * Must have excellent understanding of Testing and Performance Testing including solid hands on experience, Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills, ability to work with parallel assignments. Proficient in LoadRunner, WinRunner , QTP, posses Amdocs Products knowledge, ** *Behavioral Competencies* High expression ability Service oriented Accountable & responsibility Representative Authoritative *Technical Skills *Ability to work on many assignments in parallel Ability to face clients Ability to analyze system System analysis capabilities *Experience * In-depth knowledge of at least *one Amdocs product (Ensemble, Mobile or Clarify) – in CURRENT positions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *2-3 years UNIX experience required Experience with DB (Oracle, SQL Server); data modeling principles and associated tools (SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD); test automation and performance tools (WinRunner, LoadRunner, Precise); configuration control knowledge (Source Safe principles); S/W architecture for web based and non-web based applications (Client side, Tuxedo and Server side. Knowledge of performance and automated tools Demonstrated Test expertise in the successful delivery of testing solutions for *Telecom Billing, OMS and CRM solutions* Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently Must *be TRUE Performance Tester (ie not just QA tester – this is a dime a dozen – very common)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Education:* College degree OR extensive relevant experience is required.
