Hi All, I am looking for a Business Analyst for my client.
Duration: 6 months Location: NJ Rate: 48$/hr C2C/1099 Description: Main function of the job: Business Analysis responsibilities include analyzing Finance’s requirements for new projects, liaising with the Information Technology (IT) Department to communicate those requirements, and scheduling Finance resources for project UAT and implementation. Opportunities exist to utilize the project manager for the Wealth front to back Main duties / responsibilities: • Work with Finance staff to document detailed business requirements for new products and/or necessary modifications for existing applications or processes • Review Finance requirements to assess accuracy and appropriateness • Develop, document and analyze “as is” and “to be” process flows covering all the functionality to satisfy business requirements, • Analyze systems and/or processes in order to identify and document functionality gaps • Liaise with IT to clarify finance specifications as necessary. • Liaise with IT to gain in-depth understanding of system initiatives so that Finance requirements can be properly considered. • Develop User Acceptance Testing plans and help administer Finance’s completion of the test plans. • Contribute to process re-engineering and process improvement. • Identify project issues and close issues through resolution. • Work across departments (Operations, Front Office, etc.) in analyzing process re-engineering impact analysis.
