Product: Stellent 7.5.1 Server: Sun ONE on which the product is installed *WORK PROFILE* *Web Content Management:* · Creating custom web layouts · Most of the company's intranet content is on Stellent, to manage the same · Using idocs and java for web develpment and customizations · Working with third party applications for Single Sign On. *Document Management:* · Mantaining the respository for documents uploaded by specific users on the stellent site. · Providing URL's and access to specific documents depending on the business rules · Mostly the documents are PDF, docs, ppt, avi · Creating product hierarchy for specific cases *Access Control:* · Single sign on to third party apps. · Creating accounts for admins on the stellent who can upload documents and add/modify/delete content · Creating roles for the access of content based on the user groups and other business rules (LDAP driven) *Sustaining/Monitoring/Upgrading:* · The current version of stellent used is old and will be upgraded down the line, hence knowledge required for the upgradation · Performance tuning to make the stellent give out content fast to the client.
