The Requirement as follows: Job Title: * **Senior Java BPM Developer* Location: * Cranford, NJ (Citizens/GC’s preferred)* Duration: * **6+ months* Rate: *$DOE* Description: This role will be part of a development team customizing, developing, deploying and integrating BPM applications (Savvion, IBM Process Server). The role includes working closely with the line of business partners and other technology groups to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions using BPM Technology. Required skills: Typically requires 7-9 years of total IT experience with *Lead experience*and possess *strong Java /J2EE/JSP design and development experience.* Proven development experience with *BPM tools (Savvion and IBM Process Server preferred)*. Demonstrated development experience in Weblogic or Websphere. 6+ years of *Java / J2EE, 2+ Years of Oracle/SQL*. *Oracle development* is required. Knowledge of Spring, MQ, and JMS* *is preferred. Must be able to lead development efforts independently at the same time working in a team environment leveraging and contributing to the overall objectives. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned BPM consultants. The role requires working with offshore developers to deliver overall project objectives. The role may require some forecasting, estimating experience. Strong communication skills are required.
