TITLE: ECM Systems Admin - FileNet, Kofax, IBML

*General Function*
The Bank’s FileNet P8, Kofax, and IBML platforms are central to its
enterprise workflow, content management, and imaging applications. The ECM
Systems Administrator works to ensure the reliable, secure operation of the
non-production and production server environments, maintaining and
supporting complex hardware and software configurations using a
process-driven approach. To this end, the ECM Systems Administrator creates
and maintains documentation of standard configurations, operating, and DR
procedures, establishes monitoring strategies, gathers, organizes and
analyzes capacity & performance data, and makes technical/architectural
recommendations to meet current and projected availability needs.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
· Administer FileNet P8 (Application, Content, and Process Engines
with SQL DB), FileNet Image Services with DB2 UDB, Kofax, and IBML SoftTrac
software.
· Provide support for document capture systems (desktop,
departmental, and IBML scanners).
· Deploy system patches and other software updates.
· Participate in all phases of the imaging and workflow application
development lifecycle.
· Share knowledge and train individuals across teams on ECM related
processes and technology.
· Develop a deep understanding of the business lines and systems
within the client’s organization.
· Interpret business issues and adapt priorities to maintain
multiple, in-progress assignments.
· Continue developing technical expertise through training and
following industry trends.
*Supervisory Responsibilities*
While this is not a management position, it requires a senior technical
leader who can set a vision and rally resources from multiple IT teams
around it.
*Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required*
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum 5-8 years experience administering an enterprise server
environment/platform.
· Experience with one or more of the following technologies: FileNet
P8 (Application, Content, and Process Engines), FileNet Image Services,
Kofax, IBML, HIPII, OCR, WebSphere, AIX, Solaris, Centerra,
Network Load Balancing (F5), Scanning Hardware.
· Knowledge of workflow, database, network and server software and
architecture.
· Working knowledge of Java development and EJB deployment.
· Strong background in all software lifecycle phases, ideally in an
ITIL environment.
