*The selected candidate will perform the following duties:* - Review functional/non-functional requirements and specification documents; interview end users to understand business process and refine requirements - Research source data locations to validate requirements - Provide Preparation/Validation of Unit/Integration Test cases/documentation - Perform Root Cause Analysis on defects discovered during Test phases of the Project - Partner with Support to complete design/code review and ensure knowledge transfer is successful *Required Skills and Experience:* - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 10 years of experience architecting data warehousing and business intelligence solutions - 8 years of experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions - 3 years experience developing on the XI platform - Demonstrated experience designing, prototyping, developing and deploying Crystal Xcelsius solutions - Significant experience developing Logical data models that support Reporting and Analytics - Experience with source system data profiling and strong SQL skills - Proven experience using aggregate aware, contexts for multi subject Universes, use of derived tables, complex measure using functions, complex logical counts, and averages - Significant experience with Web Intelligence SDK model - Strong understanding of designing data acquisition/integration strategy utilizing Informatica V 8 - Experience designing and developing DW/BI solutions on IBM DB2 V9 InfoSphere suite of products - Solid understanding of UNIX scripting and familiarity of Mercury Quality Center - Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical ability - Excellent customer communication skills - Ability to resolve complex problems seeking guidance when necessary - Qualified candidates should be dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individuals -- Explore the Possibilities!
