The Requirement as follows: Job Title: * **Project Manager with Investment Banking experience* Duration: * **6 months* Location: *NYC* Required Skills: Project Management team supports the Americas Regional Deploy and Operate Infrastructure organization by providing project management services for complex, cross-platform efforts. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and executing complex IT projects and programs for the RDO Americas Infrastructure Team Primary responsibilities involve: • Collaborating with RDO Americas managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and resources • Developing detailed project documents including, but not limited to a project charter, budget, project plan with deliverables and dependencies, communication plan and status reporting • Ensuring that all parties are aware of the project scope, objectives, benefits and timelines • Establishing and maintaining project governance • Effectively communicating with key project stakeholders on project progress • Chairing project meetings and documenting meeting minutes and action items • Resolving or (where appropriate) escalating issues and risks and ensuring that appropriate corrective action is taken • Ensuring project quality by adhering to Minimal Grid Project Methodology and development of required project artifacts Qualifications: • Minimum of 7 years successfully managing and delivering on complex infrastructure projects in the Banking Industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation development skills • Strong problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment • Detail oriented • Good understanding of Distributed & Mainframe system technologies • Excellent organizational skills • Leadership, facilitation and influencing skills • Ability to communicate effectively to senior management We will call you if your consultant resume is suited.
